HOW DOES OUR RETURN POLICY WORK?

RETURN AND REFUND FOR CUSTOMERS

1. The buyer must create a return request via contact form or call and this must be done within two days after delivery.

2. The buyer complaint will go under reviews.

CONDITIONS FOR REFUND
A. If the goods were returned under counterfeit and low quality, we will refund you your money in full within 3 days.

B. If the goods were returned due to wrong descriptions (size and color), we will replace it for you within 48 hours (other condition attached)

Additional condition
For some products, there are additional conditions: for example, with video games, the original packaging has to be intact. Clothing item might need their tags and labels still on, and it must show no sight of wear stains. If it does happens, the product will be returned without refund.
